Look for RERA registration

RERA registration is very crucial as it approves a project only if it has approval from Municipal Corporation and KSEB for starting the construction. Another advantage of a RERA registered project is that we will get all available information about the project from the RERA website. It is better to avoid projects which doesn’t have enough information from the RERA website.

Location of the project

Visit the project site before making a decision to buy the apartment. The facilities offered by the builder that include gym, children’s play area has to be checked. Check the physical infrastructure of the project that matches the offered amenities. Also find out the upcoming projects, hospitals, malls, educational institutes and public amenities nearby.

Timeline for the project

RERA publishes the approved completion date of the project. However some builders gives surety to the customer that the project will be completed well ahead of the date mentioned in the RERA website. Don’t believe this and plan accordingly by the completion date given in the RERA website.

Independent advisor

It is better to take consultation of MEP(Mechanical Electrical Plumping) consultant and structural engineer to check the structure of the project.
